Today is our launch day for our rebranded portfolio and it has meant a lot of hard work really thinking about Negotiation and what it means for everyone.  I have thought about its purpose and how we can help deliver a better outcome for our followers, about what it is to be negotiator and even what people need to help them succeed at negotiation.

It has been a fascinating journey the last 6 months, and I am really proud of the new ‘creds’ document, the animation of our story and our new portfolio of programs which you can find on our web pages.  Alternatively, get in touch and I can send you the information direct.

What I am most happy about rediscovering is our core objective: to help people become better negotiators.  That is quite a wide objective and can probably mean lots of things to lots of people, but to me it means this:

 

Helping people deliver on their goals in a negotiation without compromising their relationships,

results or ethics, and ending up with a deal that will succeed.
