Our Strategic Negotiate
Workshop addresses the demand for
higher-level negotiation training. It
starts at the strategic business level
without repeating the foundation skills of
negotiation.
The
Strategic Negotiate Workshop is best suited
for experienced managers facing ‘live’
complex negotiations whose strategy
decisions (or lack of them!) affect the
future of the organisation.
Part
One opens with where the organisation
intends to be in 3-5 years time (Often
summarised explicitly or implicitly in a
Business Plan) and derives the necessary
imperatives that must be achieved in
upcoming major negotiations to compile the
Strategic Negotiation Agenda to deliver its
business objectives.
Part
Two of The Workshop
takes the Strategic Negotiation Agenda
forward into concentrating on the derivation
of the Negotiate template for the detailed
preparation of the issues to be negotiated
with the other organisations, using
Negotiate tools developed for these
purposes.

Workshop is tailored to your exact
