  Influencing For Results

If you don’t positively influence those whose co-operation is vital to your future, then somebody else will – and not necessarily in your best interests.

Influencing is a key skill, and together with negotiation skills, enhances your business dealings and personal choices.

Our Influencing for Results workshop gives you the opportunity to learn these key skills in practical exercises, games and cases – the most effective way to learn.

You will learn about:

  • Currencies of Influence

The workshop can be run in-house as a stand alone workshop or in conjunction with one of our negotiation workshops.  We can tailor specific Influence & Negotiation modules to give you a hybrid workshop.
